Positives: Roomy
Negatives: No fitted sheets on the bed, no staff at the desk, no shampoos, room was not ready for rent yet was rented. Went to front desk to ask for sheets and nobody answered. Breakfast room was filthy enough we would not eat there.

Positives: There wasn't a lot of anything we liked best. The Breakfast was a complete joke gravy was colored water
Negatives: The service was awful went to check in at 2 wanted a $35 early check in fee for an hour early. When we got in the room there was hair balls on the floor and wasn't the cleanest. When we went to the pool no towels in pool they argued to give more towels.

Positives: There was nothing, I liked about this hotel.
Negatives: Asked for two extra towels--given none. No towels available in pool area. Very thin roll of toilet paper,one small soap bar-nothing else. Staff unavailable and didn't return credit card, until I asked for it, the next day. Breakfast left me... speechless.

Positives: The front desk staff, he was new
Negatives: The rooms were unacceptablle, they were filthy. We werent able to stay there because the first room the bathroom was unkempt, with used feminine products still there. The second room the pull out sofa was soiled with grease, and urine. The carpets were disgustingly soiled. I emailed a complaint but never heard back.

Negatives: 1st room i was given had construction work going on in it, went to get a different room so my 2nd room i went to had someone in it. How can staff not know room is occupied? So 3rd room finally got it not happy with run around. Then shower was bad.

Negatives: The hotel tried to charge me again, even though I had already paid. We did not get a room that we booked. The pool was hot like a hot tub. Kids could only swim like ten mins because they got too hot. The bathroom light made a terrible noise, so we did not even use the light. The heater/air in the room was stuck on heat. It would read 65 degrees, but the room was hot. We ended up unplugging the air system because it would make noise even when off. Some of the walls had like food spots in the room. Coffee and hot water machine at breakfast did not work. Begels were hard. We never really saw anyone at counter to voice concerns.

Positives: Bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Staff. I had called and spoke to the front desk to tell them we would be arriving late, around 12:30am. I was told no problem. I get there and was told Id have to wait 20-30 minutes for my room to be ready! I told the person I called and told you when Id be arriving. He said housekeeping came from Rapid City and wasnt done. Housekeeper then came by and heard me say Id just been driving 14 hrs and I wanted to get in my room. Housekeeper complained well had to come from Rapid City! Which is 30 minutes away. I was beyond pissedI feel if a guest tells you a time theyre coming Id make sure that room was ready.
