Easy access to highway and restaurants

it was in the middle of remodel. The bathrooms were very small, even though we got a room with a king bed.

LOTS of remodeling going on, so there were carpet remnants, old furniture and other heaps of garbage outside. Half the breakfast room was full of boxes of new vanities. And the outside doors were not secure/locked.

Checked out a day early due to weather but never received a refund. Called to discuss refund for night not stayed and got the run around between hotel and booking.com, each said it was the others responsibility.

Excellent location, easy-on and -off from highway. Good breakfast selection. Accommodations very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for price. Front desk greeted us warmly and thanked us from the outset for staying with them.
Negatives:
The first room assigned had odors of smoke and pets but front desk was very helpful in providing a different room without hesitation and apologizing for the issue.

The beds were exceptional, very quiet, location off the road enough to not be bothered by truck noise, nice to be next to Mammoth Site and out of Hot Springs a little, adequate breakfast, and good variety of programming on TV.
Negatives:
I saw there were rolls of new carpeting and that is what the place needed badly. But over all very clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful, I felt safe and got a good rest.

Very friendly staff, who helped us extraordinarily in the worst times of our trip. Breakfast was quite plentiful in comparison with other places we have visited. Very close to the Mammoth Site, definitely worth a visit!
