Staff was very nice and competent! Cleanest waffle maker weve ever seen at a hotel.
Negatives:
Killed several different kinds of crawling bugs in the room. Unpleasant room view of very unkept landscaping and broken privacy fence Bathroom floor was very dirty. Kleenex box had 3 in it when we arrived. Refrigerator was dirty. No decaf coffee.

The front desk woman got into an argument with a guest that was just trying to get a receipt for a cancelation. The pool and hot tub were not working. the wifi did not work it said we were connected but not available?The biscuits were very dry the rest was ok for breakfast. The girl that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Our keys wuit working after 7 hours. My husband asked for another and the man seemed worried about getting my key more than helping him. I was at a conference at another facilit. My husband got two more keys and only one would work. y husband went back to get it fixed and again the man was more worried about getting keys back then getting us a key that works. I though

Asked for towels and never got them. Pool and hot tub out of service. This should be put on web site. Price per night for small dog is outrageous. I've stayed at 2 motels in area no charge for dog. This too should be on web site
