Positives:
Good bathroom size, water pressure was good. Shower was good and clean. That's about it.

No phone or carpet in room, also thought I had two queen beds marked on reservation and there was only one.

We thought the room was too cold for comfort. The heat could only go to 70 but the cold air was coming in the window. I think the window couldn't close all the way.

Positives:
The staff are friendly and attentive bit unfortunately that can not fix the fact that the hotel it's self is in poor shape. Even for a economy price the expectation of a clean facility should be there and it is not.
Negatives:
Filthy walls and carpets. Missing light bulbs and plugged toilets. The breakfast advertised is an apple and granola bars and just shouldn't be advertised as a breakfast at all. The beds were comfortable but that was about it.

Price was great for a one night stay. Bathroom was very clean.

No hot breakfast options. Car was damaged in the parking lot, although this was no fault of hotel staff. They were helpful in trying to view the cameras. I would probably not stay again due to location not being a safe part of town.

Staff is very rude and unaccommodating to people coming from out of town.....REFUSED to allow me to Check-in due to some BS Policy they have that would not accept my debit card for payment, Was told that it MUST be a CREDIT card and NOTHING ELSE!!!!!!
