The breakfast and location are amazing the rooms are nice and the staff if friendly.
Negatives:
The pool was over crowded and dirty the rooms all around me were yelling and screaming loud parties most the nights I stayed. Once calling for staff it took awhile for a response just to have them start again. The room had a broken window latch.

Room down the hall wouldn't be quiet staff was up there 2 to 3 time after 2:00 am then the cops showed up to get them to left . No sleep and no refund not happy.

Requested extra bedding and wasnt given any. No body wash in the shower, just two containers of shampoo, remotes didnt work, hair in shower, zero water pressure and it took 5 minutes for the water to get hot water. Pool and water slide were slimy.

Large open room. Very quiet. Walk in shower. Great breakfast. Hot tub and pool very nice. Staff very friendly.

We booked for 2-King Size Deluxe Suite and got 1-King Deluxe Suite and 1-Queen Deluxe Suite upon check in. The front desk tried to make it right and we appreciated that.
