Was told that the water park was open till 10 pm on weekends, and it's not. We paid 180 per night on the room and $100 at the Waterpark, just to swim. Overpriced for okay rooms and a water park that closes so early.

Carlos Robles, AGM, admitted to scamming my credit card for an additional 50.00 charge in an e mail after I caught the unapproved billing to my card. Although he said he would reimburse my card, no action has taken place. I am now in dispute with my credit card. No more Booking.com or LA Quinta for me unless restitution is made to me.

The location was very convenient. The atmosphere was calming and quiet. The bed was soft and very comfortable.
Negatives:
Upon checking in we had to wait 10 minutes to find the receptionist and then she was on the phone for the majority of the check in process. The bar/restaurant was not overly busy, but the bartenders were very slow to take our drink and food order.

staff was not friendly, hated that we had to pay extra for the pool and it closed so early including the hot tub. to get tickets for the pool took FOREVER and everyone complained of that not just us. rooms were TINY! i specifically asked about my room and i was never once told that it didn’t have a bath tub! i have little kids, i needed a bath tub. The front desk clerk when i checked in was def not a people skilled person.

Check in took roughly 30 minutes. There was no breakfast. Carpet in hallways was constantly damp and squishy.
