Likes about the hotel were friendly and helpful staff, good location for what we were doing in Sioux Falls. good parking.
Negatives:
Bathroom floor needs cleaning behind the door. They did not close the door when cleaning the floor.

Staff was super accommodating! We brought dinner with us and they forgot plates and silverware and we were able to get some from the staff.

There were some shady people when we walked to the gas station. One night the elevator smelled strongly of marijuana

The rooms are very nice, the pool is great, the staff is friendly and the continental breakfast is amazing! We love this motel and have stayed in it many times and we will definitely be staying in the future!

It wasnt as clean as wed likethe bathtub drain was slow moving, there was still some trash on the floor and the carpet felt grimy, and even though it was a non smoking room, it smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Worst breakfast Of any best western experienced. Pork in the eggs and pork sausages on the side? Fire the management who thinks this is normal. 25% + of USA,do not eat pork!!! Give guests a choice.
Negatives:
A/C unit 2 filters filthy clogged with dust, bathroom fan full of dust and dirt. Window screen full-on dust and dirt. Discusting as visable and needs a through cleaning. Has to wash A/C filters in bath tub for 20 min to clean myself just to breath air.
