The people that worked here were amazing people and very friendly

I am not one to complain! I have some advice. 1) maybe when checking in tell them times and whats out of order. 2) clean rooms a little better floors, bathroom fan. 3) breakfast goes tell 11:00 dont clean it up at 10:15.

Room had hair all over the floor when we arrived from another dog. Wasnt stocked for our 6 day stay - only had one thing of toilet paper and two towels. Very moggy in the room on 4th floor with no way to open windows to air out. Breakfast not Restocked.

Had never been to Glo before but I would definitely stay at one again
Negatives:
Horrible check in process. We had reservations with confirmation number and a PIN code and our email for proof and he made us wait and wait and wouldnt give us a room even though there were many available. We offered our credit card for a backup and he still refused! We finally left. We booked with Booking.com.
