Unable to access breakfast due to medical procedure, but reception offered trail mix for latera thoughtful gesture. Appreciated all the safety bars in the bathroom. Kitchen area was very nice. We appreciated not hearing sounds from other visitors. Convenient to be next to hospital. Comfortable bedgreat pillows!
Negatives:
Because my medical procedure required many trips to the toilet, I could have used better quality toilet paper. The sofa bed, as sofa, was not comfortable to sit on. It was too low to the ground for a handicapped-accessible roomdifficult to get up from. Could have used another blanket.

Breakfast was amazing, staff super friendly, beautiful room, comfy bed. Loved the kitchen in the room, it would be nice for someone staying a little longer If they had family in the hospital or traveling for work
Negatives:
The breakfast/eating area is where people check in/out and seems a little crowded there
