Positives: The location was decent.
Negatives: Highly disappointed. First glance appears very decent for the value. It seems they are making updates to the rooms. Then, while settling into my room, I can see there are stains all over the carpet - does not appear vacuumed throughout the room. There were stains on the towels… and hairs along the bathroom floor - not appearing swept/mopped. Went to go to the bathroom and it was quite obvious the toilet set had not been wiped down with leftover urine spots dried to the seat. The room was nonsmoking but smelled of stale smoke from the past. It was late and the bed sheets appeared clean, but I promptly checked out in the morning requesting a receipt at the front desk and to cancel my 2nd night. The front desk man said, ok & he couldn’t give me a receipt - to handle that request on booking.com. Essentially, lost my money on the second night but was happier to pay to go elsewhere - somewhere cleaner.

Negatives: Breakfast finishes at 9am during the week, should stay open until 9.30 at least like most hotels. Staff not very friendly.

Positives: Clean lobby and rooms. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds.
Negatives: Room not up to par for Microtel. Water a trickle, toilet running. Obvious signs of wear and tear in room and hallways. Biscuits and gravy only hot breakfast items. Way overpriced-$---US plus $40 for dogsnext day $56. Couldnt say why.
