Room not up to par for Microtel. Water a trickle, toilet running. Obvious signs of wear and tear in room and hallways. Biscuits and gravy only hot breakfast items. Way overpriced-$---US plus $40 for dogsnext day $56. Couldnt say why.

I did not get to check into my paid for room because I arrived at 5am

Warm and great shower.
Negatives:
Shows need of maintenance. Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, walls painted, but not trimmed, shower rod drooping, exhaust fan with big gap above it. Not the neat well kept place it once was. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, guests smoking nearby.

Nothing-coukdn't stay there due to the weather.

Knowing the weather forecast was not good I bought the extra coverage knowing I might have to cancel my stay if I had to turnaround if the weather got too bad on the road. When I tried to cancel I read their "fine print" stating I would not get a refund.
