A few things we liked about this location, the room size was amazing, and the beds were clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Things we didn't like. The kitchen sink was clogged with chewing tobacco pouches. The flooring was peeling up in the kitchen and bathrooms, the whole room was dingy like it was cleaned but you could tell it needed a deep clean. The hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it bleached our clothes and tarnished my silver wedding ring within a few short minutes.

The bathroom vinyl plank flooring was warped and lifting up making it uncomfortable to walk on. It also looked dirty I can't imagine how the staff could possibly get it clean in the condition it is in.we also struggled with the curtains. They didn't fit the windows properly and there was a bright light across the street shining straight at us. It was very hard to get to sleep.

Positives:
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The 2 young ladies I spoke to most often behind the main desk offered helpful advice on restaurants and conveniences and Shawna facilitated a weekend cleaning of my room with towels etc. I hope to return to this location in the next year. Please ensure your staff see this review. The location was great and I will return with my bike to make use of your great bike trails along the golf courses.
Negatives:
Unfortunately I didn't have a cell phone and the in room phone could not be used for long distance. One of the staff made a further accommodation for me and I was able to communicate with my family. This was not a negative but instead highlighted the extent to which the staff was prepared to go to make a quests stay that much more pleasant.
