They are usually very attentive to our needs. Great breakfast!
Negatives:
We stayed in a suite and discovered bed bugs in the couch. They brought in a rollaway for the person that was on the couch. Very disappointed in management handling the problem. No rooms to change,Never offered a refund or discount on next stay.

We liked the breakfast and the location is good for us.

I discovered bedbugs in the couch of the suite. We did not notice them in the beds within the suite, only in the couch. The night clerk was very kind and quick to provide us clean bedding. They provided a roll away bed for us. I now have to treat all of our clothes plus luggage at my expense. They didn't have another suite available. The morning clerk tried to justify our experience that it was probably a beatle. Im angry that Im now expected to pay the cost to do clean everyone in the rooms clothing and luggage. And was NOT offered a refund for my night stay. I've stayed there multiple times and never had a problem and yet the time I do this is how I'm treated?

Very disappointed in the handling of the situation.

The staff was magnificent: friendly and helpful. And I loved the room.
Negatives:
The halls and stairways have some carpet in need of being replaced. Thankfully, there's none of that carpet in the rooms and the room was extremely clean and comfortable.

The rooms have been redone and looked nice. The mattresses were pretty bad. I have stayed there 3 times. 2 out of the 3 times the mattresses' were bad.
