When we went there. There was an Indian lady who was a little rude. Front desk people always greet with smile. I will not suggest people to stay there.

The location, option of booking online and bug free.
Negatives:
The cleanliness and upkeep of the property could use some improvement. The refrigerator did not keep the food as cold as it should, there was some mold between the shower tiles, and the door and floor were a bit dirty and stained. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi could have been faster. The pros were that I did not see any roaches or rats, and the small interaction that I had with the staff seemed pleasant.

The beds were very hard, and the noise could get a bit loud. But besides that, we had a great time. I asked for a smoking room when booking, but after reserving one, it still wasn't available on arrival.

Room outdated and extremely dirty staff was rude except for the two woman at the desk. Wouldn’t give out extra towels had to walk the dirty ones down and trade for new ones. We used a couple to clean the room and got yelled at when they saw they were filthy

My parking spot was right outside the room, and it was all one level.

No water pressure in the shower, and it was lukewarm, not really ever hot.
