Positives:
Location good, easy access, work truck parking out front if you needed, although large hill be advised, rooms were clean, smelled nice.
Negatives:
Person at late check-in rude, demanding $100 cash even thou room paid for in advance and CC on file. Had to provide another CC for in case. Beds extreme hard, pillows very uncomfortable,
Owner family members reside upstairs, heavy stompers, noisy. Advise either upstairs or in the 300 section to avoid.
If you travel or have others might consider else where, especially if booking in advance to keep the headache to a minimum.

It was cheap and pretty clean, I mean it’s a motel, so it is what it is, but as far as motels go, it was nice and worth the money.

There was a gap under my room door, which went directly outside. But that was pretty much it.

The location, option of booking online and bug free.
Negatives:
The cleanliness and upkeep of the property could use some improvement. The refrigerator did not keep the food as cold as it should, there was some mold between the shower tiles, and the door and floor were a bit dirty and stained. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi could have been faster. The pros were that I did not see any roaches or rats, and the small interaction that I had with the staff seemed pleasant.
