Staff could not have been more helpful. There was a mix up in rooms and they went above and beyond to fix it.

our sheets looked a little dingy. we had a queen suite & nothing in the room really worked (stove, fridge, air & heat). none of those things worked. I did inform the staff. we had to leave our window open for some air, because at night it got really hot in the room. Only thing that worked properly was the tv. Will not be booking this location again if i can keep from it!

The price was great for what I needed, The room was large and spacious. The kitchenette was equipped, although I did not cook, but it would have came in handy.

I seen that it was a pet friendly hotel, so i already came prepared with my own cleaning supplies. In short, my room had a pet smell. But that was expected, my suggestion hard wood floors.

Was 2 rooms away from the “mechanical room” Bathroom wall was vibrating. But laying in bed even closing that door there was a buzz all night. Like sleeping in a ship when you can hear the engine noise. Or trying to sleep on a flight. I did get to sleep. It’s just not a good environment for a hotel bedroom. I hope there was no one in the room directly next to the “Mechanical room” that room would be even more awful

The location of the hotel is amazing! Quiet, safe neighborhood. There is a nice little trail.right behind the hotel to walk your puppy.
The fittness/laundry room is great! There is a bunch of shopping, eating opportunity nearby.
We also loved the kitchen area and a working table in our room.

It was near friends. It is tucked away in a commercial park not too close to a major highway.
Negatives:
Facilities were very old and worn out. Room had a kitchenette but crumbs all over floor. Refrigerator had a frozen burrito left in it! Furniture was old and worn. Stove top did not work. The handle on the room’s door was broken and the toilet ran periodically because the flapper was worn. These issues were brought to staff’s attention. House staff at least cleaned up the crumbs but all other issues were ignored.
