Floors were sticky Felt grimy No ice machine Laughed as it was an extended stay with full kitchen but no kitchenware ( would never have used anyway) Cracked up at breakfast ( coffee and packets of oatmeal)

Overall i understand the common use for the hotel is long stays by workers, etc but our room the furniture was extremely beat up and the smell of previous guests or neighboring quests cooking was very strong. Again hard to control

I asked for a handicap accessible room. We were on the first floor. But the Bathroom and the rest of the room was NOT handicap accessible. Very little room to maneuver around.

The rooms were dirty and had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. Requested non smoking but was provided smoking room. One out of 3 was leaking from room.m Spoke to manager and he was suppose to call me on Monday but no one did. How do I raise a refund?

Its in a good location and the staff is nice. In terms of the room quality, I got what I paid for - its a cheap hotel.

The bathrooms were not very clean. Hair from previous guests everywhere, brown stains on the towels. And the kitchenette sink doesnt work properly, when turned on it leaks water from the back of the faucet.

Room smelled of curry after turning heat on. Asked for room changed and was denied, because they "allowed early check-in. Breakfast was stale muffins and oatmeal out of Styrophom cups. We only stayed 4 hours and left.
