Only on-horrible thing was Cinemax was available on tv(though HBO was advertised)

Cleanliness(stains were on everything(sheets, towels, floors, cigarette burns in shower curtain, etc. When sink was turned on, what could only be described as tobacco came from the drain completely backing up. Shady outside, actually left after 1st night.

Reasonable walking distance to downtown.
Negatives:
Bed linen was dirty. It hadn't been changed since the last occupation. Large metal spikes protruding from under the bed. We did get room changed, and the new room bed collapsed. Very shabby.
