We were given a king size bed. And there was fresh paint and a new bathroom.

The entire thing was under construction and we were not told. The reason I picked this hotel was for breakfast and laundry and neither of those things were available. There was no mention of a remodel and it was a huge misrepresentation of what it was.

Everything. It was not clean, in serious disrepair, there was like a 2 inch gap under the door where you could see and hear outside. People were knocking on our door late at night. Everything about this was terrible except the front desk clear was fine

The 2 guys were very nice. I have used this hotel a lot this past year. The couple of days I stayed I was breaking out, and I found out why, it was bed bugs, also I had a dead roach on my cover Really want some compensation. I have pic of bed bug.

bed bugs and dead roach. Also there were a lot of Hispanic males sitting in front of my door playing music and drinking early into the morning, if I don't get compensated will never choose again ander others know not to use.

Yes, the sink in the room had no hot water.There was no iron in the room although they had ironing boards. We brought to the attention of front desk he said one couldn't be provided. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming. And the hotel is dirty
