Easy parking to access rooms
Negatives:
Sheets and mattress covers had stains carpeting had stains the sleeper sofa mattress was so old when I checked it the mattress was coming apart. No breakfast just a 24 hour diner that wasn't 24 hours and extremely expensive. We tried an appetizer sampler that was overcooked in old oil took a couple bites and threw it away.

Positives:
First, I want to say how much I appreciated them treating my ESA dog so well. We were put in a room that was a convenience to her. The staff was so nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed eating at the diner on sight. The food was so good. And the desserts, so many to choose from. I do recommend this place. Oh, it was also nice and quiet.

The front desk clerk was friendly and that was the only good part.
Negatives:
The hotel was horrific. I was shocked as it is a Best Western. The floors were filthy, the beds are tiny and lumpy, everything looked dirty, gross, and significantly outdated. The bathroom door barely shut as it hit the toilet and the bathroom floor was atrocious. I'm pretty sure there was blood on the carpet, red stains of some sort. I'm disappointed in myself that I stayed, I couldn't sleep, worried about how icky it was and I am a tent camper, it takes a lot to weird me out. This did it!

The beds appeared clean.
Negatives:
The location parking should be gated access to hotel guests only, especially given the location of known drug traffickers and prostitution. The second lock on door was chain link on ground level allowing anyone to barge through the door if they chose. The windows were disgustingly dirty. The carpets dirty. The toilet seat as cheap as possible and not secured to the toilet. The main lobby disgustingly low class. The furniture knobs and furniture not properly staged, handles on drawers crooked. This hotel was terrible!

Desk clerk was very nice, diner attached to building that was open late
Negatives:
Requested to move rooms due to finding a used crack pipe next to the toilet upon entering the bathroom. The next room was carpeted and did not appear to have been vacuumed in awhile as there was a large amount of debris all over the floor
