The hotel staff was so nice and the room was clean. It was nice that they had a breakfast available. They even had pancakes.
Negatives:
The only thing I didnt like was the tub filled up alittle while taking a shower. That just be a sinple fix of clearing the drain. Other than that is was an enjoyable stay!

Location... Coffee was excellent brew. Never had pancakes made like this and were a treat. The young men at the front desk both at check in on Thursday and check out were accommodating with my banter and wit. Both were excellent in their position.

This motel is located on a hillside and it is difficult to move around without assistance.. The room was clean, however the towels felt rough to my tough old skin..

The advertisement was false, it is not on lookout mountain, the view sucked, the hotel room was totally outdated the toilette roll holder was disgusting the floors were nasty to walk on, the hotel door didn't work correctly..

Great location to visit Ruby Falls, Rock Garden, Lookout Mountain. Entry to Inn is a steep hill could be concern to large trucks and semis. Outside entry to room. Adequate tight parking lot. Lot noisy with tenants passing by at late and early morning hour
Negatives:
Older three story structure maintained cold be updated. Modern motel furniture in clean older room. Paper products cheapest that can be obtained. Towels small, rough. Bathroom fan very noisy without providing humidity relief. Look Elsewhere!
