Positives:
Very nice accommodations. Clean and stylish. Staff was very helpful and valet was so easy! Location was convenient for our destination. We didn't get to experience the bar/restaurant but plan on visiting on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
My only wish would have been for an indoor pool. I know this is stretch for this location but we have stayed in other hotels in downtown Chattanooga with an indoor pool and it was a definite bonus for the kids. I have no other critique! The rest of the amenities were wonderful.

I tried getting i touch with the property for over two weeks calls and emails and no response sadly i had a death in the family and could not make it and i let them know 2 weeks in advance but they fail to even respond to any of my calls or emails will for sure never recommended them or stay there

-one of the elevators hasn’t been working, evidently for an over a month.
-the shower doors in our room were installed incorrectly - they wouldn’t stay closed. So had to wedge a washcloth up against one during showers
-no room service

Staff is always friendly and Ive stayed there a few times already and they know me and my dog and are just so friendly and service oriented

This stay was wonderful! I love that it's pet friendly, but doesn't feel like it's overrun with animals. It's so fun to see so many pets on leashes, but still experience the cleanliness we expect from our hotel stays. The location was super convenient!

They only offer valet parking but it wasn't an issue for us because we were able to get close street parking both days we were there.

Positives:
Nice hotel, well located, valet parking was convenient. Nice bar with good live music. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable.
Negatives:
Had a small glitch where the tv kept turning on automatically in the night. Had to unplug it finally. At checkout we mentioned it so the hotel could fix it for the next guest. They gave us a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
