Close to downtown and the area we wanted to be.
Negatives:
There was a dog that barked ALL night and they did nothing to stop it. The pool is out of order, there are roaches in our room. Homeless guys all around the property. Incredibly lazy do nothing front desk clerk as well.

NOT clean. Toilet seat had urine on it. floorsnot swept or mopped. shower curtain not washed (was missing the wet-liner), and tv or phone did NOT work. A simple wipe-down of all surfaces including the floor and toilets would have helped.
