Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga/East Ridge

Negatives: The room was not very clean. Cobwebs near the ceiling, night stand dirty, bathtub had a scumline.

Negatives: DO NOT STAY HERE. Whoever stays above 114, they would not stop running around the room all night all morning long. Couldn’t sleep AND I have a super long drive today so thanks a lot if you’re reading this. Hope you never get an ounce of sleep ever again. And the front desk lady refused to move me to another room. Called their customer service line and they say they can’t do anything and I would just have to speak to the manager and the manager wasn’t in last night and I wanted a refund so I could just leave and go to another hotel. So they pretty much hold me hostage and tell me I have to wait and just deal with these people who are playing “let’s see how loud we can be and not stop.” This was literally going on from the time I got there at 3:30 yesterday to this morning. Front desk claimed she called them to stop but they obviously didn’t. As you can see in the 2nd picture, there’s shoe marks probably from trying to get people to shut up. So obviously this is a recurring problem that they refuse to do anything about. Almost called the cops for the noise disturbance but I’ll just be taking this to the higher ups. Per the 1st picture, DIRTY SHEETS with a whole dirty pawprint on it. I did not bring my fur babies with me as they are at home so the fact this hotel doesn’t clean their sheets after every customer is so beyond me. I can’t imagine what I would find if I had a black light with me. Absolutely disgusting and unclean hotel that does not care about their customers. I’ve stayed at a million “cheap” hotels and none have been THIS bad. If you HAVE to stay here, bring your own everything and cleaning supplies and only get the top rooms. Yall paying maids for no reason.

Negatives: Breakfast was just bread and cereal Sketchy people They tried to kick us out at 10 am when check out it's at 11 Uncomfortable beds Rude and unhelpful staff

Negatives: I don’t like anything it was supposed by thugs and drugs

Negatives: The breakfast wasn’t what we thought it was maybe some waffles or something besides toast and cereal

Negatives: 40 ENOGH YOU GOT TO ADD TAXES WHEN YOUR TIME SHOULD START WHEN U CHECK IN INSTEAD OUT AT AT TEN IF YOU ARE LATE CLERK COMPLAINS IF ITS PAST TEN AND NOTHING SUITS HER RUDE

Negatives: There was nothing I did not like!! This place is great!

Negatives: It was very dirty and nothing like the pictures. The location was very scary and dirty. The room wasn’t clean and the ceiling looked like it had bad water damage.
