The bathroom stool ran off and on all night The bathroom tub had not been cleaned the towels and wash cloths were disgusting and last but not least the Television did not work to receive stationed channels.

The rooms were clean, but not as clean as they could have been. The room our grandkids had with their dog had a strong odorx possibly from previous animals.

-The 3rd floor, while there was a paper saying 'no pets on the 3rd and 4th floor' smelled of musty wet dog -My room had only 1 bath towel and the sink had toothpaste residue and shaving trimmings in the sink -Hotel was overbooked lost my reservation

Very rude staff and no cable tv. We tried to get a refund and were denied. Ended up leaving without a refund and just bought another room. Thats how badly we didnt wanna stay there.
