Positives: The first evening was quiet and the room was comfortable. Convenient location and very reasonable rate for my purpose in stay at Cleveland. Staff very personable and helpful.

Negatives: The second night was disruptive with repeating loud noises and chatter. The motel was more occupied than previous night. No other personal care items other than bar of soap. Can purchase shampoo in vending machine. Would use motel again for short stay.

Negatives: Set up was just weird if you stayed upstairs couldnt enter from outside, had to go inside to enter the room and the walls are thin. You can hear everything.
