Easy to get to. Close to my family in Collierville.The bed was ok. All we were looking for was a place to sleep.

WiFi did not work. Stained pillow cases. Smoke alarm was dangling from a wire from the ceiling. Bad fitting door on bathroom. Mold on bathroom floors. Sheetrock was cracked with tape pulling off. Breakfast was mediocre at best but did the job.

The room was decent and the AC worked great! The bed was hard and there were cigarette burn marks on our blankets. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though i booked a non smoking room.

The breakfast wasn't good. One of my daughters got cereal, the milk was spoiled. My other daughter made a waffle and the batter tasted stale like it had been there a while.

The lady working was very quick and nice. So good staff! I love price point since this was a last minute need for a room.

The bed sheets had multiple stains on them. Possibly blood? The bed did not look clean. Also the bathroom floor was not swept lots of dirt and crumbs. When we first walked in it smelt like someone had just used the restroom so there was a very unpleasant smell.

I liked that the staff allowed me to use booking.com in their lobby to get a better price than they were offering. I also liked that they were open late.
Negatives:
The room wasn't clean. Dusty, smelled like marijuana, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I forgot my charger there and when I tried to get it back, it took a day of calling, another day for a visit, and still nothing. It was expensive and so near the train tracks that getting a good night's sleep wasn't going to ever happen.
