Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable beds, courteous staff, good breakfast offering, conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores!

This was not my first stay at this hotel. My grandson plays football for Carson-Newman College and Dandridge is located just six miles south. The hotel always appears to be well maintained and the staff is also very nice and polite.
Negatives:
I booked a king size bed suite with balcony. A couple weeks in advance, but on arrival was told none was available and was given a king size smaller bedroom at absolutely no discount.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast everyday was decent not a lot of options but had the basic needs were met.

Nothing to dislike as far as we were concerned.

The whole trip was a joke because the room I was told I was getting and showed in confirmation was not even close to it. And I wouldn't even of paid 100 dollars let alone 200. I paid $200 for one night crammed all of us in two double beds instead of this room that I actually picked out. This room doesn't even exist at this hotel.
