Room had bed bugs and after 1 hour husband was so ate up and having bad reaction and had to leave.

It was conveniently located.

The bed was extremely firm. So hard that my husband and I both woke up the next morning with stiff backs. Also the curtain didn't close enough to properly block the bright lights located outside each room.

We left after 1 hour after checking in. Horrible service, front desk was unable to help us. She made 6 keys for room and they would not open the door!
Negatives:
After service desk employee made 6 different room keys and we still struggled to get in room, we left. We decided to go get a late night dinner and had to take all of our belongings with us for fear of not being able to unlock the door. I don't write reviews but this is the last best western I will ever stay in( or actually pay for and not stay in)

The hot breakfast was really good. I asked for a room downstairs due to knee replacements when i booked our room & the manager sent me an e-mail right away & said everything would be taken care of & it was. The hotel was close to get on to the interstate. Plenty of places to eat at close by.
