The staff is fantastic and the lady who does the morning breakfast was the nicest woman you could ever meet. The staff was pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. The owners need to update this facility and make their lives easier. We were there to attend a funeral and they went out of the way to help us with everything we needed.
Negatives:
The pool was closed, the laundry facilities were closed, the handle on our bathroom door literally came off in my hand, the line in the bathroom you can use to dry clothes was jammed and broken, the lobby bathroom was a mess. The employees who work in this hotel deserve better. They are so nice and accommodating. It is time for the owners to put their best foot forward and update the facility, correct the issues I mentioned and make this a better place to work.
