One of the best hotel stays I've had. Not a 4 star but as clean and neat as one, room did not have the typical somewhat-musty smell of carpet wear, pool was pleasantly warm enough for kids to swim comfortably for hours. Wish I could take this hotel along.

They failed to advise that work was being done in hotel in which put my son who suffers severe allergic reaction to certain chemicals at serious risk Our room filled up with harsh fumes ,was told they would take 20$ a room off but refuse to move us to another room.

Had to clean the bathroom ourselves. It was dirty, the toilet was stained and still had fecal matter in it. Smell outside the door could have been better. We stay at Holiday Inns often and this was not up to typical expectations.

We typically enjoy our stay with HIE and S however this was a disappointment

Room nice, early breakfast, thermostat for heat and air worked great

The gentleman on duty when I checked in was very friendly and efficient but used the word hon (short for honey) way too much. In my opinion not professional & needs to be eliminated from his vocabulary.

Staff, breakfast, location. Lady managing the breakfast foods was great..very polite and helpful.
Negatives:
Bathroom towels were thin and worn..not good. Handicapped shower curtain didnt reach the floor so the floor was soaked. Used all the thin towels to sop up the water. No room for toiletries. Toilet paper was paper thin. Soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty. TV picture was faded. TV had to be very old. Accidentally unlocked the adjoining room deadbolt. Couldnt get it to lock. Was told by front desk that there was nothing he could do about it. Wi-Fi not secure.
