One of our two keys worked on the outside door once in 7 or 8 tries. The breakfast was not up to what I usually see at a Hampton Inn. In general, the breakfast has gotten poorer at Hampton Inn but this one was the worst I can remember

Positives:
The property was clean, updated, quiet and in a prime location with many nearby restaurants and a mall. It was within a 30 minute drive to Nashville, which was perfect.
Negatives:
The only downside was that the toilet had a leaky valve and ran during the night. It was brought to the attention of the staff, and they scheduled a maintenance visit.

The location was centrally located. it was a short drive to downtown, right next door to restaurants and a mall, and only a 10-20 minute drive to the ball fields we were going to. Breakfast was standard but decent, there are long lines and limited seating if you go later in the morning. It was easy to find as well. I work remotely and the Wifi was strong enough for me to take care of the things I needed to do while staying. Overall I would stay here again
Negatives:
we were on the first floor and noticed a weird smell in the common spaces but it wasn't in the room so it didn't bother us. I can't speak for the higher floors as we didn't go up there. Maintenance did decide to vacuum or something right outside our door at like 5:30 one morning but I think that was an isolated incident.

Positives:
The property was clean, plenty of parking, staff was wonderful. Very nice and pleasant. Everything worked, our room was clean and very comfortable bedding. The products offered in the room were wonderful as well, the hand lotion, body wash, and hand soap I loved.
Negatives:
Finding it was hard because it was hidden behind trees and the sign is visible from the main road. The breakfast was also lackluster. Mostly just continental with dry sausage Pattie’s and weird tasting egg omelette. The waffles were good and the muffins were decent. Overall, not bad though.
