It sits right up against the national park, so it’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists, yet still close enough to be able to walk to everything. On top of the fact that I have been coming to Gatlinburg for YEARS, and this was the first ever time seeing a bear….right outside my room!!! Best trip to Tennessee I have had thus far!

The desk clerk was nice and we loved seeing the bear cone every night.

When I arrived beds were not changed with clean bedding floors were dirty and maid service didn’t clean the room or offer clean towels. Clean my own room and changed the bedding myself. We also had to kill roaches .

Beds and pillows very uncomfortable toilet seat coming off Play in the microwave didn’t fit the microwave therefore didn’t work Big gap under the door Nasty nasty, pool, and very nasty behind the property. We were afraid we would find a body if we got down into that area. No elevator at all. We had a her knee requested room on the bottom floor was told they’re not clean.
