The pool is awesome! Our balcony room was on the edge of the creek where we saw a mama bear and 3 cubs! The staff was friendly & helpful. It's an interesting place with various types of rooms and nice areas to hang out in. We would stay again.

This is beyond the hotel's area of management, but a hotel was being built behind the Sidney James. They cranked up around 6 am every day except Sunday and we are not early risers. Might not have been an issue if we didn't have a the creek side room.

Was unsatisfied with the parking.drink machines were out of drinks and snack machines did not work properly. Our heater did not work in our room

Room was not bad. Bed was not bad. The hot tub and pool was incredible. There was a cool couple in matching thong swim suits! Everyone is cool that stays here and they all get along. Will book again!
