This property is in great shape for a budget hotel. It appears to have been recently refurbished. Check-in was friendly & efficient. Plenty of parking. Great location.

Nothing. Pictures were very deceiving. The room smelled really bad and was so dirty we didn't even want to shower or use towels or the beds. There were holes in the bedding.

Positives:
Pros: the room was exactly what I had asked for to accommodate my 86 year old mom. There were extras that made our stay easier on her. Very clean although we saw spiders and a bug but not infested or anything. The room was comfortable, beds felt great and parking literally a few steps from the door. Quiet location. Huge modern bathroom.
Cons: the breakfast was disappointing and scant.
