When I first checked in I was given a very bad room . i.e. a hole in the wall, very dirty along the wall. Mold on ceiling. I know they have been refurbishing the rooms, but they shouldnt have given me that one.

My room had very little in way of hot water. Neither in the sink or shower despite letting it run for more than 10 minutes. It was barely tepid at best and cold at the worst. Turned all the way to hot and never added cold water and I got out shivering. AC LEAKED ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN THE CARPET and resulted in wet suitcases and shoes.

I did not stay. Hotel wanted to charge me a deposit at check-in.

I got charged $25 as a no show even though I was in their lobby at 3:30 yesterday. They said I was supposed to cancel the reservation through you although my reservation said on your website no cancelation after Monday. I am so frustrated. Please let me know what I should have done differently because the hotel is blaming booking.com for his horrible service. Also the hotel clerk called me a bitch on the phone today. I am beyond mad. I have contacted choice hotels corporate twice now. Hopefully this is resolved by someone soon.
