The pet policy was not spelled out when we made our reservationafter being on the road nearly 12 hours, we were turned away because our dog was 15 lbs over the pet limit (which again was NOT stated when we made our reservation).

It was very nice, but they messed up my reservation. The kitchen staff was AMAZING & friendly.

The front desk guy was HORRIBLE. He didnt greet us, he wasnt friendly, he barely said 2 words to us the entire time not even a wave when we checked out. This is the 2nd reservation with booking.com where i have had issues with them not honoring the room I reserved. I had a 2 room suite booked weeks before , maybe a month in advance. Morning of our stay i got an email saying that the room was not available. So they booked us 2 rooms which were supposed to be no more than what we paid, but i ended up paying more than that because they did it as 2 reservations vs 1.
