I was over charged he charged me the full price. Didn't acknowledge my reservation.The room was horrible. Floors sinking in,unit wasn't working properly.They was rude and the location was awful. I wish I could have gotten a refund!

Omg where do I start I was in room 125 the floor felt like when I walked I was going to fall through in so many spots I was afraid for my kids. The cereal was hard enough to break a tooth and the sheets had had hand marks every where and the tub was soooooo nasty my family could not take a shower. I was supposed to stay longer but left after one night if you have a family don't go there the floors r so dangerous

Positives:
I liked the lady at the front desk she was always very nice and very helpful and they had a waffle maker. The beds were very very comfortable. They had desk you could use in them.
Negatives:
I stayed a few different times in a few different rooms and depending on who the manager was depended on how the prices ran along with the fact that they openly judge you on your looks alone to determine how much of a deposit you put down. Which I found to be extremely unethical. In every room that I stayed in the beds were wonderful and had outlets that worked and TV with cable but, the floors seemed to be uneven in each one and definitely in each bathroom. Most the bathrooms seemed to have mold building up because of poor to no ventilation in it. The hot food in the kitchen seemed to have a trash bag that was never taken out drawing in flies and growing fruit flies. The eggs when I opened the tray seemed to have mold on the top as if they were just pre heated from the days before. The prices were/are still I imagine higher than I would of expected to ever have to pay for that kind of dwelling. On top of having non stop people coming to my rooms and being almost harassed by the management so that they could allow someone to come in and spray for bugs in the room that they put me in.

Dirty front door wouldn’t lock and you could see though a high crack in the door. The bathroom door would not shut and the floor was falling in. Roaches was running.
