The room had heat and running water and the bathroom was clean. It was big enough for five people.

The hotel definitely needs some attention. It felt dirty. The pullout bed had food and stains on the mattress. There was a weird smell in the room. The breakfast was bad. The fruit in the fruit bowl (contained only apples) was soft and wrinkled.

The pictures online are a lie. Pillows with only half filling. Yellow shower walls and stained towels. Handprints all over headboard. Hallways and elevator reek of smoke. Needed new room key upon every re-entry. Drinks in lobby weren't restocked.

The hotel adds a $20pp surcharge for more than two adults in a room even if the room can accommodate them. We had an issue with the front desk regarding this. Staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Price gauging. Bad treatment towards my husband and I.

Parking was great- tons of spaces available near entryways. The property was very quiet which is always a plus. The bedding was comfortable, but the bed was not as comfortable as ive experienced at othe Comfort/Choice properties, which was surprising. The room was sized well, and very clean
Negatives:
There was a lot of wear in our room. The shower head wasn't connected properly, which I fixed. There was almost no counter space in the bathroom. The outlets in the room were all very loose, which resulted in electronics not charging properly. USB ports were available, but pushed so far back in the wall they were not able to be used. As mentioned before, the bed itself was not as comfortable as the beds have been at other Confort/Choice properties. Additionally, the hot breakfast was not up to the standard I've come to expect from Comfort/Choice properties. The eggs were gritty (rehydrated eggs vs fresh) and the sausage had an odd flavor.
