Positives:
The room was spacious and clean
Negatives:
The front desk staff when we arrived was not friendly and seemed annoyed they had to check us in. There was also someone sitting in a chair on the customer side of the desk, right in the way while we checked and wouldn't move. Seemed like a hotel employee based on their conversation.

I booked with them 2 weeks in advance and the day of my arrival, they called and said they did not have a room available because they overbooked. They did not attempt to find another room at any of their sister properties.

Terrible experience
Positives:
The rooms were spacious, with very tall ceilings. We were there on a day they had Social and were treated to wine & loaded fries. Continental breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff were amazing!
Negatives:
The water pressure in the shower was low, but the temperature was great (I like hot, hot water).

Room was nice, and was clean.
Negatives:
No soap at all in the bathroom, almost empty roll of toilet paper, and no spare rolls, coffee maker was not clean, and still had used coffee and filter in the basket.

Nice to have a comfortable suite with kitchen, living room, nice bathroom. Great price!
Negatives:
The breakfast (complimentary), could have been better. The microwaved eggs, selections could be better. Better utensils etc.

the bath soap container was empty and we asked three times for the container to be replaced. Finally, on Sunday evening the lady at the front desk gave us a container.
