Positives:
It was convenient in my time of need, when looking for a place to stay. Being able to park in front of my room was also helpful for security concerns. The ability to have the pet I was traveling with was a MAJOR bonus.
Negatives:
There was no remote for the TV and the towels seemed old and definitely had some visible staining. Otherwise I had zero issues.
Positives:
I like how easy it is to get to from I 40. The price is okay. This was my 3rd time to stay there. Will be staying again. Except for the hair on the shower wall, the room was clean.
Negatives:
The light over the sink didn't work. I had a hard time seeing because there were no overhead lights. All lamps. Found someone else's hair in the tub. Toilet clogged and I plunged it myself.

Positives:
Beds were quite comfortable and breakfast was good.
Positives:
Somewhat convenient location. Cheap, but not cheap enough to make it a good value. Good Mexican restaurant across the street.
Negatives:
Room was dirty. Parts of the bath door were missing and the door was split down its edge. Toilet ran constantly and sink dripped. Room had a foul odor and the trashcans outside were overflowing. Desk couldnt give us a receipt at checkout. Fraud concern.

Price is nice. Easy to get to from the highway.
Negatives:
Not enough restaurants on this exit/road. I ate more Sonic than I wanted to.

Location to event was good.
Negatives:
Somewhat unfriendly, long check in process. Room was fairly clean at first look, but found dirty sock by air unit, dirty in corners and smaller spaces. Room had a very strong odor that did not go away.
Positives:
There was not much to like about the property except the location, I was only 10 minutes from my destination. Wifi was strong and as is typical, open. Heating system worked well, taking only a few minutes to warm the room. Water pressure was very good with no changes in temperature during showers and the carpet appeared recently replaced.
Negatives:
The mattress was horrible, with lumps at regular intervals. The pillows continued the lumpy theme. The tv worked the first night but upon returning for the second night got only a black screen. The toilet seat was secured on only one side causing a bit of a shock when fist seated and the grout in the bathroom could use a good cleaning. Skipped the breakfast as it had only powdered egg patties and no meat. Cereal proved a poor option with no milk. Didn't have the normal yogurt and fruit as is usually offered in other properties.

The bathtub drain was stopped up and was ankle deep by the time I was finished with my shower..It was NASTY...And the day of checkout, they start rolling the cleaning carts back and forth at DAYBREAK..I was the only one there and they left the cart parked at my door..When I was carrying my stuff to my vehicle, the cleaners emerged from the room next door trying to get into my room to clean it..It's a family run hotel and like most on the interstate, is run down..I won't be staying here again..
