Between Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Negatives: The electric leading to the fire alarm didn't look up to code, the shower/bath tub didn't drain, there was hair on the ceiling, vent was dirty, back of door was dirty, we wore socks to bed because we didn't trust the floor... just all in all was disgusting. We will never stay there again.
