The only thing I liked about the room was the location.
Negatives:
Checking in, the man at the desk was so rude and unprofessional. I asked multiple questions for him to wave his arm at me after he mumbled something. (I couldn't understand him) I didn't know when breakfast was, what the WiFi password was, or what time check out was. The room was absolutely nasty and smelled TERRIBLE. The walls were paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you. The hot water was not even hot! Also the TV was terrible!! It cut in and out and reminded me of the 1980s. The sign said 'updated rooms'. Which is a lie because my room was outdated. Once I got the WiFi working (thanks to the help of my neighbor) it was also terrible and so delayed!! I will not stay here again.

It was not very clean...
Positives:
This hotel is very nice and clean. And it's right on the main road. It's also very close to Buccees. Also it's close to a few food places. Its also near the Russell Stover store.
Negatives:
TV remote was dead and they did not explain what the WiFi password was when we got there. The entrance is in a very bad place. They don't even have an actual turning lane for them. Where we were, there was a trailer blocking the way to pull in, so every time I parked, I had to back in.

The room wasn't clean. The whole hotel ran out of hot water. I arrived at 9pm went to shower had no hot water. The person at the front desk didn't inform me there was no hot water for the whole hotel. I thought it was just the 2nd floor. I asked if I could get moved to another room. He stated there were no rooms available. I asked if someone was on their way, he said tomorrow morning. I went downstairs they claimed they could not reach a plumber. I asked if they had their own maintenance, I asked for a refund, I got a run around. When I dropped off my key they had a sign that said no hot water.
