Disgusting, filthy, I had bed bugs and had to sleep in a chair. I could not lay in the bed without being eaten up. This place should be torn down and no one should ever have to go there.

The location, as it is in close proximity to the University of Tennessee at Martin. Also, the cameras around the property.

Thankfully I brought my own towels and face towels, because their towels were dingy and filthy looking. The sheets were also dingy with hair in it . The shower had hair in it as well and the toilet paper was 1 ply.. very cheap. I expected much better.

Made a reservation at Days Inns by Wyndam Martin because it was close to the campus of University of Tenn at Martin as I was attending the Homecoming weekend. and that was the only Positive thing about the hotel. I thought since it was a hotel by Wyndham that it would be okay, but I was wrong. When I arrived at the hotel it looked like they were renovating it. The guy at the front desk was friendly, but it took about 20 minutes to check in. There was very little parking. I went to my room and I was very disappointed. The bedspread was outdated and it looked to be over 100 years old. The recliner in the room was in horrible condition, it was a leather recliner but the vinyl or leather material was all peeling and shreded into threads. I would have not sat in the chair because I was afraid what kind of creatures was in the chair. I was literally afraid to stay in that hotel because at the time I was there, there was not a car in the small parking area. I went back to the hotel office and demanded my money back and the guy told me that he could not refund my money because I did not come back to the office in 10 or 15 minutes.. I went to another hotel in the area and told them of my experience and they help me to get a refund. The guy at the hotel desk of the Days Inns by Wyndham finally refunded my money. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY IN THAT HOTEL.

I killed eight roaches and a spider in this room. There were brown stains on the wall, the shower curtain was stained brown and red. There were several hairs on the wall in the shower. The continental breakfast that was advertised was not provided. Sad.

Dirty room, though it was claimed to be refurbished. Foul smells inside the room and around the property. Ancient mismatched chairs in the room - one was bonded leather that had peeled in the head area.

This place should be demolished. The rooms reek of cigarettes, AC doesnt work, there are prostitutes in a number of rooms, the place is in complete disrepair and the manager was drunk and unavailable upon arrival. Report this place to the BBB
