the room was disgusting unclean and looked like hadn't been touched by a maid but we were told no more rooms available and the desk person was rude about it. There was no breakfast and the pool and whirlpool were both drained and closed

You had to get an employee to open the rooms for the pool and fitness center. The laundry facilities were broken, no breakfast because it was under construction and the hotel smelled like Marijuana for the 3 days we were there. Also locating in a bad area

It was a horrible experience. The sheets were dirty. The elevator didnt work .. the lights in and outside the room were flashing on and off. It looked dirty and unkept.

Yes. The rooms were so dirty. I took pictures. Bed sheets has stains and hairs. smelled terrible. We sprayed a body apart but it stunk. They girls started to have asthma attack in the other rooms since they stunk of smoke. Not breakfast was offered it Was

It was one black lady worked front desk seem to be more professional to our needs than any of the staff that was employed at that location.

Yes the room smelled as tho a dog pissed all over the room and when I made complaint I was given spray and the Indian lady acted as tho she didn't smell anything. I think another staff went to spray before we went to observe the room again.

The first room they gave me had not been cleaned from previous occupants. Informed front desk and was given a different room right there which was satisfactory.

The entire hotel felt dirty and in disrepair. Floor was dirty in the room. The room felt old and almost musty. No breakfast although it was listed with the amenities. No tissues or cups in the room, just very bare.

I like that they shwe'd the had a hot ,free breakfast in a clean area. It was puled with construction equipment and we were told at check in that there would be no breakfast. Lobby was dingy. Almost musty.

Got off the 5th floor elevator and was greeted by a very warm and obscene stench. Never smelled anything so bad in my life My son coughed the entire night. We had a limited budget and thought we were getting a safe ,clean room with breakfast.
