Friendly and helpful staff. They were extremely kind and helped to the best of their ability.

Got 2 rooms, one smelled strongly of bleach throughout the stay, the door would not latch or secure, the floors were extremely sticky. There was no trash can in the room, only one chair and the bathtub would not drain. The microwave did not work. The second room was better. Fully furnished and cleaned with the exception of the sheets on one bed had small dried drops of what appeared to be blood. The key cards would not work correctly and it required several attempts to enter the room. The other room didn't need a key card, because the door could be pushed open without using the handle and wouldn't secure without being lifted with great effort.

I called to inform that my flight was delayed 3hrs prior to my landing I had a reservation for sat 17th thru the 20th . I was informed to change the date to the 18th seeing as I would land AT 1am in the morning. I called again to see if I would be able to check in upon landing I was told EVEN THO I HAVE A RESERVATION & the DETAILS WERE KNOWN TO WHAT WAS GOING ON, THEY GAVE THE LAST ROOM OUT & I would have to pay 105 dollars plus my room fee & deposit to check in which is crazy
