I was staying in room 701, the very top floor. The noise echoing off the building from outside was so unbearably loud! I wasn't even able to sleep. I turned on same ambient music on my cell phone and it still wasn't enough to drown out the sound of the traffic outside, it kept going until 4 AM!!!! My sink leaded, called the front desk, they sent up maintenance and he couldn't get it fixed, so the sink was unusable really. Then when I went to take a shower the the glass shower door kept sliding open. It was definitely not worth over $300/night. I won't be staying there again that is for certain.
Negatives:
The leaky sink. The shower door that would not stay shut. The completely, horrendesiouly loud noise of traffic from outside. The sheer lack of staff help with all these situations I encountered and all for a high premium price I paid to stay at a nice, seemingly safe hotel in a good part of town while I was there for a weekend conference.

Upon arrival, issue with our reservation through Booking.com; however, female mgr with cute braids (Dawn, I think) stepped in and assured me, she will get matter fixed which she did. Room was clean, very nice and comfy! Hotel staff was awesome!!

Overlooked when visited resturant/bar (The Greyhound)..Bartender was more concerned with serving "friends". We had to ask about drinks/food on several accounts and was out of items on the the limited menu..
