The room we were put in had half of the view blocked by part of the building

Most of the staff were amazing. I had no problem interacting with the staff. Some of them even went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Hotel is by a very busy highway, this shouldnt have been an issue, however the windows were so thin that you could hear the highway very clearly in the room. The windows fogged up, condensation, water beading down. Bed way too hard. Had body pain from it

No,it was a little way's away from the city of Memphis Tennessee by the airport boy my brother was pissed off because he had to take us back to the hotel room I was laughing about that it was so funny it was about 20 minutes away from we're he stayin

The plumbing is a joke. Barely a stream out of sink faucet, low flow toilet, bathtub shower diverter only transferred out half of the water, and bathtub wouldnt drain well.

When checking in they gave us the choice of what floor we wanted. We chose the closest to the lobby. They didnt let us know that it was a pet friendly floor and one of the other guests had left their dog in the room barking until about 11pm.
