Positives:
Clean rooms and comon areas. Nice lobby, great location and convenient parking.
Negatives:
Barn door on bathroom offered no privacy. Transparent with 2"gap on all edges. Nothing to isolate light, sounds and smells. Blinds too short so light from the pool area shines in all night. Bed frame had sharp edges that stuck out. Bashed my shin tw

The art and juke box was very nice

The cleanliness was very poor. The staff was not pleasant or helpful at all. There were spiders inside the bed, and roaches in the stairway. There was only one elevator working on a holiday weekend! There was not daily refresh of towels or linens. When trying to call to the front desk for anything you could not get anyone to answer the phone.

To sum up the stay it could have been better!
Positives:
The hotel check-in was seamless, staff very professional and it was a very short walk to Beale Street. The restaurant next door has delicious food! Parking is $22 per night but is taken from the $75 deposit.
Negatives:
I was laying in bed and my door was opened twice. This was scary. When I called to tge front desk, I was told, let me check with housekeeping mgt. There was no apology, follow up call, etc.
