Positives:
Suite was large with extra seating space and a work space, bed was comfortable, shower good. Elevators came quickly. Parking adequate and convenient to entrances. Staff were efficient and pleasant.
Negatives:
Downtown (Beale Street, the Peabody, trolley line) was walkable but not entirely close if you're mobility challenged. Breakfast included some hot food but just apples and oranges for fruit. Coffee was weak.

The location was very convenient for everything we had planned. It was minutes away from Beale St. and the restaurants I made reservations for.
Negatives:
Getting into the parking lot was a bit of a hassle. The pool being right in front of the elevator was a safety hazard as the floor was wet with no signs present

When my sister came out of the hotel on the parking lot opposite the entrance as we were leaving, her shoe caught on the grooved cement on the walkway.. she fell hard, hitting her shoulder and hip. She insisted we drive on, but on arriving in NOLA, she went immediately to a clinic, then the hospital . She suffered a fractured hip. She was operated on the next morning for a fracture to her femur. It caused her pain, it resulted in medical and insurance issues. It ended a much anticipated sister vacation. She is Canadian. She isn't litigation. I feel the need for compensation, but she is just doing her physical therapy and hoping to finish our planned trip when she's able.
